February Newsletter.

A wee reminder that the event "SANITY IN AN ERA OF RABID CAPITALISM?" is taking place in the next couple of hours at the Kingsley Hall, Powis Road, E3 3HJ Bow, 7-9pm.
Also please note that the Shuffle Festival is back, 22nd - 28th February.Walks, Talks, Films & Exhibition: 'St Clement's: Workhouse to Our House'. 
An exciting week of events hosted by Shuffle Festival, Mile End Films (Queen Mary, University of London), local poet Stephen Watts, British writer/filmmaker Iain Sinclair and our neighbours from the Tower Hamlets Cemetery Park, set in and around the former workhouse, St Clement's Hospital. On the 7th of April Friends of St Clements will be having an AGM to discuss the future of a body that has covered a fundamental role for the past 30 years for either the Social Club and suggesting and implementing services in the now Mile End mental health Unit. Please send an email to myragarrett@talktalk.net if willing to participate.

Next monthly meeting for our Friends of East End Loonies will take place as usual on the 3rd Monday, 17th February, 6.30-8.30 at LARC, 62 FIeldgate Street, Whitechapel
