March for an Alternative to cuts

The TUC is organising a national march and rally on 26 March 2011, in response to the government's programme of fast and deep public spending cuts. This site provides more information and resources for the day.

New Links Women's group

New Links Women's group is organising a Women's Day-Open Day on the 28th of March and celebrate the relocation of the weekly gatherings at the newly refurbished Methodist Church, 1 Merchant Street, Bow E3 4LY

The group promotes self-development, self-esteem and create a place for women and their children to socialise and relax (crèche available when booked in advance).
The open day will be a fun and free day to attend: it will offer massage therapy, Reiki, ear acupuncture for stress release, a ruffle refreshments and much more (4pm to 7pm).
